Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Delays: In the event of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters), processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: We charge standard shipping fees on all orders within the U.S.
- Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated based on your location.
- Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after processing.
International Shipping
- We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping will be offered soon. Stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@gusgolf.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Stolen Packages: GÜS Golf is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but are reported missing. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
